Ally is a resilient and community-focused student from Barangay Mabusag Norte, driven by a deep sense of responsibility and a commitment to service. As the eldest of three siblings, she developed a strong work ethic early on, rooted in the values of love, faith, and perseverance instilled by her family.

Her path has been profoundly shaped by the legacy of her late father, Nick C. Baldoz, a dedicated barangay captain who taught her the importance of integrity and giving back. Alongside her mother, Donnabel P. Baldoz, who continues to serve their community as a barangay kagawad. Ally carries forward a tradition of leadership and strength.

Ally is currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, a field that represents a shared dream between her and her father. Her goal is to build meaningful structures that serve the community, reflecting the same resilience and integrity she was taught as a child.

As a proud recipient of the BLESS Foundation Scholarship, Ally is dedicated to academic excellence and looks forward to a career where she can use her technical skills to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of others.
