My story begins in the Philippines, where I grew up as a student who understood firsthand the weight of financial hardship and the power of opportunity. As both an academic scholar and a beneficiary of organizations that believed in my potential, I experienced how education can transform a life. Those early acts of support became the foundation of my drive, resilience, and commitment to give back.

Today, I serve as an Audit Manager at Grant Thornton LLP in Chicago, bringing nearly a decade of experience in public accounting and holding CPA licenses in both the United States and the Philippines. Over the course of my career, I have led audit engagements across diverse industries—including retail, real estate, investment holding, education, nonprofit, food services, and gaming—while consistently earning above‑expectation performance feedback. I am highly skilled in global audit methodologies, financial reporting under IFRS and US GAAP, data analytics, and managing complex engagements.

I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from De La Salle Araneta University—an achievement made possible through the very kind of support this foundation now provides to others. My journey from scholar to professional is marked not only by academic excellence but also by leadership, mentorship, and a deep commitment to integrity and service.

As Treasurer, I see my role not just as managing finances, but as honoring the generosity that once shaped my own path. I bring strong financial stewardship, disciplined oversight, and a heartfelt dedication to ensuring that every resource entrusted to the foundation creates real impact. My personal story fuels my mission to help Filipino students access education, pursue their dreams, and build futures filled with possibility.
